Oswald L. Mikell, M.D.

Oswald L. MikellDr. Mikell is double board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He has been practicing dermatology in Beaufort, Jasper and Colleton counties since 1982, and is a leader in the field of Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Dr. Mikell is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, serving his internship and residency in dermatology at Naval Regional Medical Center, San Diego, CA. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Mohs Surgery and the American College of Phlebology. He is past president of the South Carolina Dermatology Association and has been a trustee, secretary and treasurer of the South Carolina Medical Association. May 2008, Awarded "Dermatologist Of The Year", by the South Carolina Dermatologic Association.

Carrie A. H.Hall, M.D.

Paula Bermann Dr. Carrie A.H. Hall, a board certified dermatologist, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, The Women’s Dermatologic Society, and the Military Dermatology Society. She completed her dermatology residency with the Navy at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md. after having served as an Undersea Medical Officer in Guam and the D.C. area, and completing an internship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Va. She is also a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Md. for medical school and of The University of Arizona as an undergraduate with a B.S and a B.A. Her practice encompasses many aspects of both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Hall is now seeing patients in all three of the Dermatology Associates offices.

Forte C. Rabb, M.D.

Forte C. Rabb, M.D. Dr. Rabb is a seasoned dermatologist with many years of dermatology experience. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1966, serving his internship at Tallmadge Memorial Hospital in Georgia and his residency at the University of Tennessee. His military service was that of Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force. He practiced dermatology in private practice in Georgia from 1972 until 2006. In 2006 he moved to Hilton Head, SC & joined Dermatology Associates of the Low Country on an as-needed basis. We are proud to now have him as an associate member of our staff. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
